Hmm, those are some thoughtful points to ponder. I find the same lately, as if I'm wondering if anything I do really means anything in the end anyway, regardless of what I'm doing. Do the "ends" justify the means?
I think its a question of energy and how much of it we have left. Can we just apply it to everything as we did when we were young.
I like the final verse when the couple are just trying to sing their own verse stubbornly despite the other not yielding. Neither is backing down. Glad you have been able to find my blog too.
